CleanSignal monitors publicly available conversations on Reddit, Facebook, and other online communities for posts relevant to your business or audience. We deliver these signals to your inbox on the cadence you choose. We do not contact third parties on your behalf and do not handle any leads or transactions between you and the people whose posts we surface.
CleanSignal is intended for use by businesses, professionals, and creators aged 18 or over. By signing up, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the business or organisation you are signing up on behalf of (if applicable).
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Each subscription supports monitoring for one business or audience. Do not share your account with people outside your business or organisation.
You must provide accurate information about your business or audience during onboarding. The quality of signals we deliver depends on the accuracy of this information.
CleanSignal offers three plans:
All plans begin with a $7 trial fee. The $7 is credited towards your first month if your account converts to a paying subscription at the end of the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no further charge is made, but the $7 trial fee is not refunded.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the price you chose. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
The $7 trial fee is non-refundable.
We do not refund subscription fees for partial months, change of mind, or unused signals.
We offer refunds only for verified billing errors (such as accidental duplicate charges) where we cannot resolve the issue within 7 days. To request a refund for a billing error, contact privacy@cleansignal.app within 14 days of the charge.
CleanSignal surfaces publicly available conversations that match the queries derived from your business profile. We do not guarantee that:
If we cannot find enough relevant conversations for your business or audience during the trial, we will tell you. You may cancel before the trial ends with no further charge.
You agree that you will not use CleanSignal to:
When you respond to signals on third-party platforms (Reddit, Facebook, and others), you are solely responsible for your communications with those individuals and for complying with that platform's Terms of Service.
The signals we deliver consist of links, titles, snippets, and metadata derived from publicly available posts on third-party platforms. We do not own this content. The original posters retain all rights to their content. By delivering signals to you, we are not granting you any licence to the underlying content beyond what is permitted by the source platform's Terms of Service and applicable law.
You acknowledge that the signals we surface reflect the state of public posts at the time we discovered them. The original posts may be edited, deleted, or made private by their authors at any time.
CleanSignal uses AI (specifically Anthropic's Claude) to:
AI-generated content (such as reply drafts) is provided as a starting point only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before using it. We do not warrant the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of AI-generated content for your specific situation.
The CleanSignal software, design, branding, and product are owned by K Squared Sdn Bhd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use CleanSignal for your business or audience monitoring needs during your active subscription.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, your access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account and data are deleted.

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. CleanSignal depends on third-party services (Supabase, Stripe, Netlify, Cloudflare, Anthropic, Serper, and the platforms whose public content we monitor). Outages or changes at any of these services may affect CleanSignal's operation. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of CleanSignal after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, K Squared Sdn Bhd and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of CleanSignal. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of CleanSignal is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold K Squared Sdn Bhd harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of CleanSignal, your violation of these Terms, or your communications with third parties whose posts appear as signals.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
